An on-site demonstration event was successfully held at the Sangnim MSP factory to share the achievements of the
Persimmon Sorting and Packaging Robot System Development Project, in which Sangnim participated.

During the event, the entire process of the persimmon automatic sorting and packaging robot system—developed for practical application in industrial environments—was demonstrated.

The system showcased an automated workflow in which persimmons are automatically recognized, sorted according to predefined standards, and packaged using industrial robots.

Unlike conventional manual sorting and packaging processes, the system applies industrial robot-based automation
technology, demonstrating high potential in improving operational efficiency,
reducing labor burden, and ensuring consistent sorting and packaging quality.

Representatives from related organizations and industry partners attended the event, observed the live demonstration, and
exchanged views on practical applicability and future development directions.

The system received positive feedback as a promising solution to address labor shortages in agriculture and to promote the expansion of smart farming technologies.

Sangnim will continue to actively participate in the development of smart solutions that integrate robotics, automation technology, agriculture, and industry.
